The main purpose of this project is to check the industrial wastewater treatment facilities and sewer systems, and the legality and rationality of their regular reporting materials and permits. Supervise enterprises and strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations to maximize the effectiveness of wastewater treatment facilities and sewer systems. Improve industrial wastewater and sewage pollution through source control and reduce environmental pollution of rivers and water bodies caused by wastewater. Regularly check the water quality of drinking water sources, water distribution points, simple tap water, water purification plant water sources and terminal water dispensers in the county to master the water quality of each drinking water source. At the same time, by reviewing the water supply license of the water filling station, the safety of the county residents in using the water source of the water filling station is guaranteed. Through this project, the 3 document files and computer database of water pollution sources in the county are systematically established, so that the Environmental Protection Bureau can quickly inquire about and control the water pollution within its jurisdiction, and use the established water pollution source control database to conduct control results and reports analysis. Through various control strategies, effectively improve the water quality of rivers in the county. During the project period, a total of 370 on-site facilities inspection operations were completed, and 357 times of enterprises discharge water quality sampling operations were carried out (including the sewer system in the industrial park and the enterprises with discharge permits in the outlying island industrial park), of which a total of 71 times did not meet the effluent standards requirements. A total of 2,109 examinations have been completed for various permit examinations of the enterprises, and a dedicated line service is provided to shorten and improve the examination time. Strengthen the management and early warning management of industrial parks within the jurisdiction, and conduct inspections on the operation of on-site facilities in four industrial parks sewer systems every two months, with a total of 12 inspections. 583 sampling points for drinking water and 324 sampling points for drinking water dispensers were carried out within the jurisdiction, and the results of water quality sampling and analysis were all in line with drinking water quality standards. Participated in 8 water pollution prevention and control promotion related activities and meetings. Completion of 2,437 regular inspection application reports review, of which 2,396 application reports are correct, and the other 41 reports are correct after supplementary review. The work items of this project have been 100% completed and comply with the relevant provisions of the contract.
